LED TABLETOP CURING UNIT
SST’s air-cooled LED tabletop curing unit is fabricated by mounting SST’s patented AS-LED modules directly onto a single extruded aluminum heat sink. The patented AS-LED modules utilize half-rod quartz lenses to minimize Total Internal Reflection (TIR) loss. The included touch screen panel controls both the conveyor and the curing lamp. It is available in 380 nm to 400 nm range with 3 1/2 inch curing width and the 6 inch wide belt has variable speeds up to 115 fpm. The compact unit is only 58 pounds and runs on 120 Volt power. It is also available with out the conveyor belt.
